I cannot get both monitors to turn on at the same time. One of my monitors is detected just fine, but the other will not be detected.
I've tried all display settings, duplicate, extend, show on 1, and show on 2. None work.
I have also tested both ports by switching the monitor cables around. This does not help.
When I switch the cables my other monitor turns on just fine so that is not the problem either.
I've downloaded the latest drivers and installed them so that is not an issue either. I've read several forums and not found a fix for this and that is very disconcerting.
I would like some help to identify and fix this problem as the dual monitor setup is one of the reasons I purchased this PC.
Any information you need just ask, and any instructions you have I will follow. Thank you in advance for your help.
