:womansad:i recently purchased a pandigital novel 7" ereader. i have downloaded music and movie videos. i have been trying to copy my videos from my hp pavilion slimline s5716f desktop to my pandigital novel. they appear on my pandigital but i am unable to see any picture. i can hear the sounds. the message come up :
VIDEO FORMAT IS NOT SUPPORTED, PLEASE CONVERT TO 640X480 OR SMALLER
1- MPEG4 - SIMPLE PROFILE
2- H.264 - BASELINE PROFILE
PLEASE HELP ME, I AM GOING CRAZY
