Boot failed after installing a new graphics card

I have a HP Pavilion p6-2204a desktop(http://h20566.www2.hp.com/portal/site/hpsc/template.PAGE/public/kb/docDisplay/?javax.portlet.begCacheTok=com.vignette.cachetoken&javax.portlet.endCacheTok=com.vignette.cachetoken&javax.portlet.prp_ba847bafb2a2d782fcbb0710b053ce01=wsrp-navigationalState%3DdocId%253Demr_na-c03416945-12%257CdocLocale%253D%257CcalledBy%253D&javax.portlet.tpst=ba847bafb2a2d782fcbb0710b053ce01&sp4ts.oid=5258508&ac.admitted=1395274097362.876444892.199480143)

with a GT 630 OEM video card which I'm looking for an upgrade, and I finally set my goal on ASUS GTX 750 oc version. I ran the drive sweeper to get rid of the old drive, plugged GTX 750 into the pci-e port to replace GT 630, connected everything and tried to boot. I assume the boot worked fine as I could hear the "welcome" sound effect and I could shut it down with a shutting down sound effect by kicking the power button, but the screen stuck at the "starting windows" with the windows logo. The logo animation effect is working. Occasionally trying to boot with GTX 750 on board gives me 3 short beeps, with a ~20 seconds spacing between them, and stuck at the HP booting screen(the one with a hand and says press esc for start up or set up menu). Does anyone know the solution to this problem? Any advice is appreciated.

I have asked the same question on Tom's hardware(http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2071877/boot-failed-installing-graphics-card.html#12921191), and my bios is AMI 7.07 20/4/2012 if this is helpful.
