My hp Pavilion Elite e9140f pc will not play any blu-ray dvd's.
Prompted to install upgrade, Cyberlink DVD. Then asked to remove the Media Smart DVD.
In attempting to do so, an error comes up " Media Smart DVD definitation file lost.
Media Smart DVD can not be removed with this error
Anyone with suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
