I just replaced my old HP monitor with a new HP W2071d monitor. This is on an HP Windows 7x64 OS. My monitor properly goes to sleep after 30 minutes of inactivity. But then every 30 seconds to 2 minutes the screen keeps turning itself back on just to display the "Monitor Going To Sleep" message again and again and again. It completely defeats the purpose of the monitor going to sleep in the first place.
The OS is all up-to-date and the driver was just updated too. Anybody else ever see this problem? Anybody have any ideas on what to do about it?
