I am having problems with this computer when I try to play The Sims 3 game. This PC should have been able to handle the game but for some reason it is not. I have tried getting help but no reply from support. The team at Electronic Arts has tried to help me but it seems that the problem is not with them. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game and I get the same dark image when I play. It only happens in the game. Does anyone have any idea what is going on? I recently bought a new Graphics Card the xfx Radeon R9 270x but it is not compatible with this computer. I thought this was a great computer when I bought it only a couple months ago but now I am having regrets.
