I returned my monitor to HP via FEDEX tracking number 076558559886635.
The model number on the monitor is D2A13A, serial number 6CM32014PS.
I received an email from HP yesterday (4/10/2014) saying HP has not yet received the returned monitor. Please research and email me a reply.
