Cannot change brightness when starting with High Performance Graphic Driver

Hi, I am using HP Notebook with series HP431, I am using the latest BIOS from HP website F.39.

And I have downloaded the newest graphic driver for AMD radeon and Intel.

I have installed the AMD radeon graphic driver but it failed to increase and decrease the brightness using FN+F2.

But if i change the switchable graphic into power saving graphic first then i change back to high performance graphic, the birghtness can be adjusted with FN+F2 or FN+F3 ? is it something wrong with my BIOS ? because when I run on BIOS F.24 the brightness can be adjusted in high performance graphic.
