I have a problem with my computer desktop.My computer turs on it works excelent but the screen changed the normal color to blue.When I open a picture the screen is blue.In the device manager on the graphics on AMD Radeon HD 6400m series is this sign " ! " . The rate of the computers Performance is 1,0.I cant run GTA, PES,ETS or any other game. PLEASE HELP
