I have tried an mhl to hdmi adapter to put my Note pro screen onto the HP w2207, using a HDMI to DVI adapter but ended up with a bad aspect ratio problem. Looked like a 4:3 video being displayed on a wide-screen tv.
Am considering buying a widi device (Netgear Push2TV3000) to connect to the HP w2207 via the Note Pro but would still need a hdmi to dvi adapter. Would this still cause me to get the same aspect ratio problem.
Or would this problem be connected to the very high (2560 by 1600) resolution of the Note Pro compared to the 1680 by 1050 of the HP w2207?
