Hello,
I recently bought a new HP 23tm diagonal-touch monitor, which I attached to my notebook running Windows 7 and installed the only official driver available for Windows 7 64-bit at the moment:
HP 23tm LCD Monitor Driver2013-09-05 , Version1.00 Rev. A
I also downloaded Windows Touch Pack, because you know... Windows 7 isn't much fun all by itself on a touchscreen.
Unfortunately I get an error message during installation that the software requires a multi-touch screen.
Checked the System screen: the monitor shows up as a single-point touch device
Device manager shows the correct model, and multi-touch is otherwise working fine.
I'm thinking this could be a driver issue. Can you please look into it, or perhaps give me a viable workaround?
Thanks in advance!
Best regards,
Adam
