I did a rest to manufactures settings and now Windows won't start (Or I assume it's Windows). I keep getting a blank screen. The lights on the computer, keyboard, mouse come on but no picture. When I attempt to start in safe mode. I see "set up is starting for first time use" and covering it is a box stating Windows can not start in safe mode restart your computer. But when I do no set up screen just a blank screen......what now? (outside of the $59.99 asked of the gentleman on the phone after the 30min wait)
