I have an HP Compaq 8200 Elite Small Form Factor PC. It won't recognise when a blank CD or DVD is inserted into the drive. The green light comes on briefly, then there's a whirling sound but the light goes out. I can't burn CDs or DVDs. It recognises CDs & DVDs with material on them. I'm stuck. Any ideas?
