I recently purchased an HP 15-g009ax which came with free dos. I got frequent blue screen crashes when I used Google Chrome. I uninstalled it. But out of curiosity I searched about the problem on the internet and came to know that many laptops with ATI Radeon graphics show these problems. In a particular thread (in some other site), a user had asked the OP with the same problem to download "BlueScreenView" which gives a brief report of the crashes. I installed it and to my surprise I found that the ATI Radeon, indeed, were causing the problem. What do I do next? The utility says that "atikmdag.sys" caused the problem at the address "atikmdag.sys+1bff9" Waiting eagerly for the solution. ![:smileyhappy:]( "Smiley Happy")
