I have an Acer PC, an ASUS 24" monitor and an HP Pavilion 23tm 23" touch monitor. If it's the primary, everything works great. If I make it the second monitor, when I use the touch screen interface, the touches all happen in the region displayed on the other monitor. For example, if I touch the 23TM and drag to create box around a set of desktop icons, the box appears on the other screen.
Ideas?
I read another post that described using the calibrate utility in Windows 8. Funny thing... the two monitors are selectable in the charm, but the utility says that it's the ASUS that can be calibrated, not the HP 23tm.
