I purchased this new machine in Oct but just plugged it in today to start working on it.
Everything seemed to be okay until I pulled the battery cover tabs on the wireless keyboard and mouse, then I could not use the touch screen any more ; (
I looked around online trying to find some information and I did upgrade Windows 8 and that did not fix the problem.
HELP!
