Hp 23xi problem!

Hello, i have two problems with my monitor HP Pavilion 23xi:

1. On left side desktop showed green and other colors somethimes,look at picture -> http://www.imagebam.com/image/46d48a301252861

2. When the desktop is dark, i see background at wich i worked before, even when PC is shut down, and monitor is ON i still see background, look picture to be clearly http://www.imagebam.com/image/32ea3b301252748

This two problem are shows at same time, when i surf on internet.

I check calbes, ports, factory reset and i try on other PC and the problem is same.

Is this are big problem or not?
