Hi, I am trying to upgrade the graphics card in my HP p6531 Desktop and I am not sure which graphics cards are compatible. I have seen some people who purchased one and found out it didn't work with their Motherboard..  The main reason I am upgrading is because I am about to purchase GTA 5 for PC and I know my computer will not be anywhere near being able to handle that game.

ALSO I do understand that I will have to buy a more powerful PSU. I am currently looking at the Corsair CX600M but that may change depending on how much power the video card needs.

Also I know my computer uses PCIe x16, I am mostly just making sure my mobo allows me to upgrade the Video Card and that the one I get is fully compatible without any boot up problems.

The cards I have been looking at are r9 270x but am open to suggestions, especially since Im not sure if they work together.

This is the card I was looking at because it says it has "Dual Firmware Support" says it works with Legacy and UEFI and I wasn't sure if that is what I needed?

I dont really understand the whole BIOS and UEFI thing, but i know that people said most Video cards require UEFI and dont work with old BIOS systems.. and I know my computer is old since it is from 2010.

Here is a link to my PC Specs as per HP:

I know this was long, but wanted to give as many details as possible.

Thanks in advance for any and all help because I have no idea anything about compatibility.
