I have a pavilion 25xi monitor. The picture is great and I love it except for one extremely frustrating issue.
The control panel are all touch buttons that light up when you touch them. However, whenever the air turns on in my house, the screen thinks I'm pressing the buttons (it's just light air movement in the house.....) and I get the annoying
OSD LOCKOUT white box that fills the middle of my screen.
If I am watching a movie or playing a game, it's difficult to multitask while leaning forward to hold the menu button for 10 seconds to turn it off only to have it pop up again later.
So far, I have closed my vents when using the computer and even set up a screen to block the air. It does not matter. I have placed paper and plastic over the buttons, but that also doesn't work. I tried a factor reset as well. Nothing works.
The solution I -WANT- is to have the buttons completely disabled, but that isn't available.
Does anyone have a solution to my problem?
